BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

We prefer all clients utilize our online booking site caitlynbrookeaesthetics.square.site for all booking inquiries.

When booking online, you will be requesting an appointment time that could be accepted or declined. Appointments may be declined IF, but not limited to, you owe collection fees, have rescheduled the same appointment more than 5 times, the time is held for a standing client, or are in bad standing with the spa. 

If you are requesting to book an appointment that is over an hour long, we will be collecting a non-refundable $50 deposit. This will be sent via invoice to your email and must be paid in order for us to accept your appointment request. The deposit will go towards the total amount of your booked service. If you no-show or cancel within a 24 hour period, your deposit will be used instead of the 50% service fee.

A card is required to be on file on your client profile. If we do not have a card on file for you we may ask for you to add one at your next appointment.

As always—we HIGHLY suggest booking out at least your next 2 appointments as we are constantly getting new regular clients. You are more than welcome to book these online or in the spa.

RUNNING LATE

If you are at least 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will have to reschedule and may be counted                  as a No-Show if we do not hear from you.

 

In some cases, we are able to do it at a later time in the day if available, however, this is not always the case.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW

All appointment confirmations are sent out via text and email 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will have to pay a cancellation fee. Our cancellation fee is 50% of your booked service price. If you have paid a non-refundable deposit for an appointment, this will be used instead of the late cancellation fee.

If you no-show your appointment, you will have to pay 50% of your booked service unless you have paid a non-refundable deposit.

ALL FEES MUST BE COLLECTED IN ORDER TO RESERVE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT

RETAIL

All retail is non-refundable. We do not accept returns.
